​Booking, Payment & Cancellation  Policy

To secure your appointment, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, whether scheduled online, by email, or by phone. The remaining balance is due in full at the time of service, payable by cash, Zelle, or other approved manual methods.

  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received

  • No services will be provided until full payment is received at the time of service

  • Any additional fees (e.g., travel, extra notarial acts, fingerprint cards, after-hours service) not added during booking will be included in your final total and due at the appointment

 

Cancellation & Refund Terms

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are eligible for a 100% refund (excluding the deposit)

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable

  • Same-day bookings: If canceled within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment, no refund will be issued

  • If we are in transit or arrive on-site and service cannot be completed for any reason, no refund will be provided

  • If you or any signer fails to pass ID verification, the appointment will be canceled, and no refund will be issued

 

By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and policies.

Service Cancellation Disclaimer

Beyond Workforce Solutions reserves the right to cancel any appointment at our discretion.
If we must cancel your appointment for any reason, your $25 deposit will be fully refunded to your original form of payment.

We strive to provide timely and reliable service, and cancellations on our part are rare. You will be notified as soon as possible if a cancellation is necessary.
